The People Behind Roofers Exeter

Roofers Exeter is a small enquiry service, and there is no roofing crew to introduce because we do not carry out roofing work. What there is, is a handful of people doing three jobs.

Enquiry handling. Someone reads every enquiry that comes in, by phone or by form, and passes it with everything you told us to a roofing firm that covers your area. If you marked it urgent, that is the person who moves it to the front of the queue.

Research and guides. Someone maintains the cost guides and the guide to choosing a roofer. The figures come from published UK sources, are cross-checked against more than one of them, and are dated so you can see when they were last looked at.

Local knowledge. Someone keeps the area pages honest: which streets are slate and which are tile, where the conservation areas are, and which villages have thatch we cannot help with.

We are based in Devon and we work with independent roofing businesses across Exeter, East Devon, Teignbridge and Mid Devon. We do not name them on this site, and we do not claim to have checked them; our guide to how to choose a roofer shows you how to do that yourself.
