The Service

Roofers Exeter is an enquiry and referral service. When you contact us we pass your enquiry to an independent roofing business covering your area. We do not carry out roofing work, we do not employ roofers, and we are not party to any contract you go on to make with a roofing business.

No Charge to You

We do not charge you for the service. We are paid by the roofing business for the introduction. Our fee does not add to your quote.

No Inspection or Approval

We do not inspect, approve, accredit, license or otherwise check the roofing businesses we pass enquiries to, and nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation of any particular firm. Our how to choose a roofer guide sets out the checks you can make for yourself.

Your Contract Is with the Roofer

Any quote, agreement, work, guarantee or payment is between you and the roofing business. Your rights in relation to that work arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where the agreement is made at your home, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you pay any part of the price by credit card, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 may give you a claim against your card provider for work costing between £100 and £30,000. These are your rights against the roofer and your card provider, not against us.

Governing Law

English law applies to these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
